The settlement plate is a monitoring system that can be installed within reasonable budgets in areas subject to high vertical deformation.
A base plate, reference dipstick, and the couplings used to connect them are included in the system, and system components can be assembled in minutes to monitor the settlement of many structures such as dams, transportation structures, engineering embankments and foundations. Deformation tracking can be done by using the settlement plate system together with other monitoring systems.

Easy Installation and Use
After the base plate is attached to one side of the reference bar, it is placed on the planned surface and the bar top elevation is measured using an independent reference point. Then, the base plate is gradually covered with filler material and raised, and the reference bars are gradually added together with the filler, continuing to make elevation measurements. After the filling formation is completed, the elevation measurement is made over the upper elevation of the guide bar once again and the measurements are repeated periodically to follow the settlement behavior of the structure.
Order Details
- Indicate with your order the total number of reference bars (each 1 m long) calculated in accordance with the base plate you need and the fill heights at each location.
- The base plate comes with a special bracket and a special outer protection section L=0.5 m long to be fixed at the base interface.
