Temperature Sensor Array
Concrete curing is critical in many construction projects, including infrastructure, transportation, hydroelectric and wind power plants, commercial and industrial developments, building structures, and energy storage systems. However, this process involves significant risk and leaves very little margin for error. Temperature variation directly affects the strength and integrity of concrete and may lead to cracking, fracturing, and even structural failure.
As a result of the intensive efforts and engineering solutions developed by the GeoAnts R&D team, our Temperature Monitoring Solutions provide a simple and effective method to continuously monitor concrete temperature at single or multiple points (arrays/grids). From the moment concrete is poured and curing begins, the system enables continuous temperature checks and supports applying the curing regime at the right time.
Depending on project requirements, up to 20 different measurement points per data channel can be installed. Combined with the single- or multi-channel FASTDAQ data acquisition unit and our specially developed desktop software, the system allows users to track temperature variations easily and reliably.
